We have extensive experience meeting Silicon Valley’s specialized requirements for cleanroom and laboratory environments. Medical Center - San Jose, CA

This 45,000 sq. ft. medical facility is outfitted with 27 rooftop units, delivering efficient and reliable airflow throughout the building. The project features high-end fixtures seamlessly integrated with the architectural design. A total of 24 exhaust fans are centrally managed through a single control system, ensuring optimal ventilation performance. All rooftop units are equipped with ionization systems and custom roof curbs, which include access doors for easy servicing of filters and ionization components.

Welding Facility - Livermore, CA

Designed and installed a comprehensive network of gas and air lines to support over 40 weld booths within an 85,000 sq. ft. facility, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Coordinated the layout and installation of all equipment on the mechanical pad, with precise routing from the pad to designated service points. Additionally, integrated new rooftop units (RTUs), exhaust fans, and makeup air systems to complete the building’s warehouse envelope and support full-scale production.
