13. Internal Operations SMS Program

T3 Mechanical Inc operates an internal SMS notification program limited to current employees and authorized contractors of T3 Mechanical Inc. This program is not available to the general public, and there is no public sign-up surface for this campaign.

Purpose and Message Categories. The program delivers operational notifications, including but not limited to: dispatch assignments, schedule changes, preventative-maintenance reminders, safety and lockout-tagout escalations, time-sensitive job updates, and timesheet review reminders.

Consent / Opt-In. Consent is captured at two points: (a) during employment onboarding, where employees acknowledge in their employment agreement that T3 Mechanical will deliver operational communications, including SMS, related to dispatch, scheduling, and safety; and (b) within the internal T3 workforce-management platform, where employees enter their mobile number and affirmatively check an SMS opt-in confirmation describing the notification categories. The opt-in event is logged with timestamp. Employees may also text START, UNSTOP, or YES to opt back in after a prior opt-out.

Opt-Out. Employees may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message, or by toggling the in-app SMS preference off. A confirmation message will be sent acknowledging the opt-out, after which no further operational SMS will be delivered.

Frequency and Rates. Message frequency varies based on operational activity (dispatch volume, schedule changes, and safety events). Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
